When access ends
Paid drills, simulations and full explanations require active access. Your saved progress remains in your account; the full performance archive requires active access. The expiry date appears in Account and Billing.
Refunds and billing help
The Refund Policy explains how to request help with refunds or cancellation. For a charge or access issue, email billing support.
Prices are listed in GBP. Stripe shows the final charge and currency before you pay. Your card provider may apply conversion charges.

Paid features lock at expiry. Your account and saved results remain. Performance history has a limited preview after expiry; the full archive and full explanations require active access.
Buying another pass
New pass purchases, including renewals and upgrades, are paused while paid access is active. After your paid passes expire, another purchase starts a separate pass when payment is confirmed and activated. Unused days do not stack or carry forward.
