Future Flyer Academy gateways
Ryanair says the selection stages depend on the gateway. For ab-initio and Gateway 1, the published outline includes online flight-school psychometric and aptitude testing, followed by a one-day assessment at a partner school with maths, physics, an English test for non-native speakers, group exercises and an individual interview. Its selection text also refers to Gateway 2 and 3 online airline testing, although the training-route list on the same page shows Gateways 0, 1 and 2. Confirm the applicable gateway directly with the partner school.
Cadets who already hold a licence
The licensed-cadet page describes an online assessment for shortlisted candidates, followed after success by a one-day simulator assessment including HR and technical interviews. This route is separate from Future Flyer Academy entry; follow the current vacancy instructions.
What you can practise on FlightDeck
FlightDeck offers original timed drills in areas including numeracy, spatial reasoning, memory, instrument scanning and multitasking. They help you work on general skills and review your performance. They are not the online tests, partner-school assessments or simulator used by Ryanair.
What remains specific to the route and campaign
The public pages do not disclose proprietary online-test questions or scoring keys. Entry requirements and steps also differ by route and can change. Check the relevant current vacancy and, for Future Flyer Academy, the partner school's instructions.
