Assessment Day.

A structured sequence of original aptitude tasks. Read the briefings, settle into the controls, then practise managing time, attention and workload.

Early access. Included with every paid pass. Laptop or desktop recommended.

Every minute, accounted for.

Pick a session to see which sections it covers. Durations are authored training budgets, shown to scale.

60minutes of timed work

Numeracy, Spatial, Memory, Attention, Logic, Tracking, Pursuit, Instruments, Workload, Runway. Includes a scheduled 5-minute break. Untimed familiarisation comes first.

Three ways to rehearse.

Build confidence in one area, or bring cognitive tasks and control practice together. Familiarisation is untimed and comes before the scored stages.

How a session runs.

  1. Briefing and familiarisation

Learn the inputs and try each task before any timing begins.

  2. Timed cognitive tasks

Numeracy, spatial reasoning, memory, attention and logic.

  3. Control and competing demands

Tracking, instruments and workload, building to full load.

  4. Debrief and next practice

See the signals behind your result and the drills to do next.

Prepare your space. Then practise with focus.

The purpose is to understand your own performance under a sustained workload. These sessions are in early access; results are practice feedback.

Check the controls first
Use familiarisation to confirm your input device and learn each task. Follow the controls listed in the briefing.
Set aside uninterrupted time
Allow extra time for instructions and the debrief. The full sequence includes a scheduled five-minute break.
Review pace and accuracy
Separate correct responses, missed responses and time pressure. Use the debrief to choose a focused practice task.
Start small when needed
Practise an individual skill before repeating a longer sequence. Open the practice library
